Parents on receiving a formal diagnosis wanted to get help for their daughter's working memory, in order to help her become more resilient and able to cope at school with both academic challenges and social challenges.
Details
When a child has many concerns, it is difficult to understand what to get help with first. Parents wanted to help their daughter with her constant feeling of being overwhelmed. She needed constant supervision when doing homework and was very upset when she either couldn't do the work, or tried and made a mistake.
